How easy is it to assemble the CERO One? Maybe not “so easy a child could do it”, but certainly easy enough that most adults could!

When the FexEx delivery man rings your doorbell, you will be met by a big box containing your CERO One bike, and a separate box (or boxes) for your cargo basket. This is where the fun begins!

Assembling the CERO OneFinalizing assembly of your bike can be done solo, but ask someone for an extra pair of hands if needed, especially when pulling the bike out of the box. Your are first going to want to consult this handy video guide:

Two steps not indicated in the video that you’re going to want to do after you complete the assembly are:

1 – Pump air into your tires, since they tend to lose pressure while in storage.

2- Give your bike a nice, full charge, which should take about 4.5 hours.

Once your bike is charged and ready to ride, there is only one thing left to do: HAVE FUN!

Of course, our team is ready to assist you through the assembly process if you ANY questions at all. We will be happy to guide your over email, over the phone, or even via video chat, to get you up and riding in no time. Please contact us with any questions.

If you would prefer to have a bike mechanic do the assembly for you, we have a small network of awesome dealers, as well as velofix home and assembly delivery partners. Happy Riding!
