We hope that you will love your CERO One, but if you want to cancel your order or return the bike (or any accessories), we're happy to help.

Cancellation Policy
  • If you made an order in error, contact us as soon as possible to cancel the order before your card is charged and before the items ship.
  • Orders that are cancelled before your credit card is charged and before items have shipped will be fully refunded.
  • Orders that are cancelled after your credit card is charged and before items have shipped will receive a refund minus a 5% processing fee to cover credit card fees.
  • Refunds will be applied to the credit card used in the original transaction.
  • Orders that are cancelled after items have shipped are subject the Return Policy below.
Return Policy
  • Returns are only accepted on bicycles and accessories purchased through our website.
  • The Return Policy is only active within 15 days of the date of delivery.
  • To receive a refund, the items must be new and unused and returned in the original packaging.
  • Refunds will be applied to the credit card used in the original transaction.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer - CERO will send a shipping label to you and deduct this cost from the refund.
  • CERO will not accept COD shipments of returned products.
  • All refund requests will be handled according to the CERO Warranty.
  • Returns involving a problem covered under warranty will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee to cover credit card fees.
  • Returns not involving a problem covered under warranty will be charged a 15% processing and restocking fee.
  • Purchases financed with Klarna are final and non-refundable if not cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order.
Processing a Return
  • To process a return, first contact CERO to discuss the issue with our team - we'll do our best to find a solution. If their is no way to resolve the issue, CERO will issue a return authorization.
  • Returns and refunds will only be processed once they are approved by CERO and you receive a confirmation email. Do not ship your bike back until the return has been authorized in writing by CERO.
  • Once you receive a return authorization, pack the bike carefully using the original packing materials, affix the shipping label provided by CERO to the outside of the box, and then arrange a drop-off or pickup with the appropriate shipping provider (this may be UPS or FedEx).
  • Once we receive the bike, you should see the credit to your account within 30 days.
